Destinations: Delhi- Agra- Jaipur- Bikaner- Jaisalmer- Jodhpur-Udaipur- Pushkar

Day 01: Delhi

Arrival at Delhi airport by either evening or late night where our representative shall meet and greet you, followed by transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure and to overcome jet- lag. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast set out for a half day Delhi Tour. Visit Qutub Minar, Himayun Tomb and drive past India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan and other parts of central Delhi. Post lunch drive to Agra en-route visit Sikandra Fort housing Emperor Akbar's Mausoleum. A drive of further 4 kms brings us to Agra followed by transfer to a hotel for overnight stay.

Agra is synonymous with the Taj Mahal -one of the seven wonders of the world. The architectural splendor of the mausoleums and the splendid design along with other forts and palaces located nearby serves as a vivid reminder of the capital in the 16th and early 17th centuries.

Day 03: Agra –Jaipur

Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal as the sunrise vies is considered panoramic beyond measure. A symbol of eternal love, it was built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 in memory of his Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Later, visit Agra Fort which is almost a replica of Delhi Red Fort. Built by Emperor Akbar in 1565, it is built of red sandstone showcasing fine Mughal architecture with ornate interiors in the Deewan-e-Am, Jehangir Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Khas Mahal.

Later on drive to Jaipur en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri which is an old deserted capital of Mughal Dynasty. Explore the splendid monuments within including Jama Masjid / The Buland Darwaza, palace of Queen Jodha Bai, Birbal's (a Minister) Palace. The drive continues and reaches at Jaipur by evening followed by check in at the hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur

Full day sightseeing of Jaipur starting from the hilltop fortress Amer. The ascend to its entrance is on a painted elephant. The Fort, originally built in the 16th century by Maharaja Man Singh encloses superb palaces and a beautiful temple in marble dedicated to the fearsome goddess Kali.

Post lunch sightseeing continues as we explore the old walled city. Constructed on the lines of the Shilpa-Shastra which is an ancient Hindu treatise on architecture, the city was founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II. Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory situated in the heart of the city. Built in the 1700's (A.D), it still looks futuristic. The ornate Hawa Mahal and City Palace are our next stops. Its museum displays a rare fusion of Mughal and Hindu architecture, and house an exquisite collection of paintings, Rajasthani armory and artifacts

Evening set out for a short excursion trip to Chokhi Dhani an ethnic village resort . The vitality of Rajasthani folk culture comes alive as children dance rhythmically to the loud tenor of folk songs sung by men and women, festooned in bright clothes. Puppet shows livens up the atmosphere. Gaily caparisoned camel, horses and bullock carts offer joy rides. Stay overnight at Jaipur hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur-Bikaner

Morning drive to Bikaner-a city founded by Rao Bika in 1488 AD and upon arrival check in at hotel. Post lunch sightseeing starting from Junagarh Fort founded by Raja Rai Singh in 1593 AD. Rai Singh was one of the prominent general in the army of Mughal ruler Akbar and the Junagarh Fort was improved upon by following successors. Our sightseeing also includes a visit to the local Camel Breeding Research Centre. Explore its local markets shopping for traditional goods & handicrafts before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 06: Bikaner-Jaisalmer

Early morning drive to Jaisalmer-another culturally and historically famous city of Rajasthan and upon arrival check-in at a hotel. Later in the day, proceed for full day sightseeing of The Golden City located at the heart of Great Indian Desert. Preserving within mass of intricately carved buildings, facades and elaborate balconies, all of which are all built of yellow stone. The most popular amongst them is the JAISALMER FORT - the oldest living Fort in the world. Overnight stay at the Swiss Tents Camp.

Day 07: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur

Morning after breakfast drive to Jodhpur, en-route visiting Osian village. The village is known for housing ancient Jain and Vaishnava temples reflecting the grandeur of Hindu temple architecture. Continue drive toward Jodhpur and upon arrival check-in at a hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Jodhpur Sightseeing

Morning sightseeing of Jodhpur starting from the famous Umaid Bhawan Palace. This is followed by a village safari to observe the rich culture and true essence of rural villages. While driving along the countryside, abundant wildlife and memorable moments of the great desert landscape are fascinating. Overnight will be at Jodhpur.

Day 09: Jodhpur-Udaipur

Morning drive to Udaipur-the Venice of the east and upon arrival check-in at a hotel. Udaipur is regarded as one of Rajasthan’s most beautiful cities. These picture perfect cities has numerous options to its visitors- Ekhlakji Shiva temple, City Palace, Nathdura, Boat ride upon Lake Pichola and enjoy traditional folk dances at Meera Kala Mandir. Overnight will be at Udaipur

Day 10: Udaipur-Pushkar

Morning after breakfast drive to Pushkar and upon arrival check-in at the luxury Swiss Tents. Later, ssightseeing of Pushkar exploring the town known for its religious fervor, cultural roots and sightseeing opportunities. The Pushkar Lake is one such place visited by hundreds of devotees. The lake is surrounded by more than 500 temples. Later, visit the Brahma Temple-the only one of its kind dedicated exclusively to Lord Brahma. Take a stroll amidst the fair ground and busy alleys of Pushkar before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 11: Pushkar-Delhi

Your memorable Golden Triangle with Shades of Rajasthan ends as our representatives drives you toward Delhi. Indulge in some last minute shopping before being transferred to international airport for your onward/return journey.
